Overall, they were kind, but they barely asked about the patient’s wishes, so I felt it was a bit one-sided. The faces of the people at the front desk looked artificial, which made me uneasy about the result. The interior was old-fashioned compared with a typical plastic surgery clinic, but that actually felt better to me, because it didn’t seem overly showy. I decided not to have the surgery because I couldn’t even begin to predict the result.
