Last week was week 2, and I went in to have the intraoral stitches removed, get radiofrequency treatment, a swelling laser, and a pack, and take progress photos! I had a lot of small discomforts, so I was worried and asked a bunch of questions when I went to the clinic, but most of it seemed to be swelling-related. Now that another week has passed, it has gotten much better! I think time is the medicine^^ And the swelling is about like having one round candy in each cheek, and there are no problems with daily life! I plan to wear the compression band while sleeping until the one-month mark, so I’m still wearing it, but a bit loosely. (I think it also has a protective role.) Oh, and for the square jaw, I had a long-curve incision, and the end part of the surgical area still has pain and a reddish bruise. I can also feel a round lump, and the director said this area will become smoother over time, so not to worry.
