I had a hospital consultation for the purpose of bulbous nose correction. The consultation order was consultant -> director -> consultant. At first, when I had the consultation with the consultant, she led the consultation without making it awkward, talking about this and that! So she felt like a comfortable older sister, and I was able to honestly open up about my concerns regarding my nose. Then I had a bulbous nose consultation with Director Lee, and the director explained bulbous noses in detail. To improve a bulbous nose, rather than making the nasal bridge low, he recommended nose surgery that raises the nasal bridge!! During the consultation, he drew a picture of the nose and explained in detail from multiple angles, including where the implant would be placed and the incision site when removing the implant.
