I looked for a well-known clinic for the nose and got consultations, but I haven’t seen a place that consulted as honestly as Topface. I thought I would also need hump nose surgery, and other places also said I needed the hump treated, but in Topface’s case, they said my hump was not severe, so they recommended surgery without hump correction, using silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. So the cost ended up lower than what other places had told me. After going to Topface, when I told other hospitals about this, they also said that if that’s the case, a hump at this level doesn’t need to be done, so my trust increased too.
