Before before after after after after after I kept hesitating because I thought my upturned nose couldn’t be corrected perfectly, but why on earth did I worry? You can tell from the before photos, but my nose was really very short. The part that looked lifted like a pig nose was the most stressful, but using autologous costal cartilage and temporalis fascia, they rebuilt my nasal tip and columella line so fantastically. Even to me, it was a difficult nose.. but it turned out this pretty. I’m posting because I want to show it off. For revision rhinoplasty, definitely get it done by a director who specializes in revision surgery. I had consultations at other places too, but from the material recommendations to the surgical plan, I could clearly feel that it was different.
