The atmosphere of the clinic itself was comfortable, with calm music playing and no stuffy feeling. One of the staff members at the desk was really kind. As soon as I entered the clinic, I filled out the chart first, and they greeted me brightly. Their way of speaking was really gentle, and they tended to speak slowly. They also asked for my understanding in advance about the wait, so it even put me in a good mood. But I was able to have the consultation with the consultant a bit faster than the waiting time I had been told. The consultant’s handwriting was really pretty. It was the kind of handwriting I like, so I remembered it. Also, I liked that she explained potentially sensitive matters like costs once and didn’t make any additional recommendations. Overall, what really stayed with me was that the consultation with the consultant felt straightforward and clean. After the consultation with the consultant ended, I waited a little before having the consultation with the director. The director looked a little tired, so I thought to myself, ah, I probably won’t be able to ask all my questions. Nope, there was no issue with the consultation at all, and I was able to ask all the questions I had prepared. The director explained things very passionately during the consultation, which was really nice. They repeatedly shaped the line several times and helped check the symmetry and feel, so I was able to look over several lines in detail.
