Haneul is very famous, but the reviews vary so much case by case that I was curious and went to check it out. I went after making an appointment, but they registered people in order of arrival, so the appointment was useless. I had a CT scan and consulted in the order of doctor then consultant manager. While waiting, I thought, ‘What is this room, why is it so messy?’ but that turned out to be the consulting doctor’s room. Papers that looked like documents were piled on the desk, and there was a delivery box on the chair, so it was a bit unpleasant. The consultation was also too cursory, and they answered my questions insincerely, so I already felt bad, but then I was dumbfounded that the surgical consultation was with the consultant manager.. The doctor only checked the CT, and the consultant manager gave the surgery consultation. When I asked on my way out, they said the operating surgeon was someone else again. It seemed like a typical factory-style hospital, and I didn’t like it.
