I liked that the doctor explained everything, from the surgical method onward. The counseling director also explained things kindly, and I liked that there was absolutely no pressure to make a reservation. But one thing was that there weren’t many reviews, so I had a lot of hesitation when booking. When I said I wanted to see reviews, they told me to trust them because they’re good at surgery, but to judge whether the doctor’s style and my style match, review photos are important too, and I was disappointed that there wasn’t enough of that.
