No exaggeration, it was really terrible... Before the consultation even started, they had me do a CT scan, right? After taking it and getting ready to leave, the person at the door was tapping the floor with their foot in a lazy stance and looking at me like, "Hurry up and come out." That was the first shock. Then I was seen by the doctor first, not the manager, and the consultation skills were seriously lacking. They couldn’t understand what I needed... Then they started explaining the functional nose thing? I went in not having rhinitis and knowing almost nothing about functional nose surgery, so when I asked whether it was really necessary for me, they couldn’t give a clear answer. I just thought, then what am I supposed to do? I guess they’re mainly running a functional-nose event, but I didn’t know that going in. Still, I don’t even have rhinitis, so automatically adding functional nose surgery for everyone feels suspicious, or rather, it makes me not trust them... Also, while the doctor was talking, they casually showed me photos from some seminar, but that didn’t raise my trust at all, and I just thought, what am I supposed to do with this? After that I consulted with the manager, and they naturally said, "So you came because of the functional nose, right?" and I was like, yeah, this place really isn’t it... I was about to leave thinking I’d wasted my time, but then they said I had to pay 10,000 won for the CT cost, which was annoying too.
