I had surgery two years ago for a silicone dorsal implant + septal cartilage for the tip. The consultation was first done by the manager, and later the director did it personally. They looked at my nose shape, felt around here and there, and then set the surgery date. At first the tip looked high, but as time went on it lowered and it's okay.
