I had it done by the representative nose director here about 4 years ago, and now when I look at review photos, I can tell just from the nasal tip or nose shape that it seems like they make uniformly identical shapes. After getting it done here, my nasal tip had a pointed feeling, all the cartilage placed in the nasal tip shows through and looks obvious, and it looks pinched, so I am now visiting clinics for revision surgery. I repeatedly emphasized that I wanted naturalness and nothing excessive, but looking back, I think they can only make this one type of shape. A thin silicone implant was placed on the nasal bridge, and it turns out silicone was used for quite a long section from the nasal bridge to just before the nasal tip. After going around for consultations, I absolutely do not think this person is skilled among plastic surgeons. They said they left the slight dorsal hump almost as it was, but it seems like they slightly rasped that too, based on the CT, and When I got my medical records this time, they subtly acted like it was a hassle too. They said they absolutely could not give them to me on the same day, and I felt they treated people so unkindly that it went back and forth right on the verge of making someone explode. Even the staff working there were not exactly the kind who seemed friendly from the start, but my current issue is the nose shape. If a functional side effect had occurred and they had shown that kind of lukewarm attitude, acting like it was a bother, I might have flipped everything over and exploded. I think their attitude toward customers is risky. Improve how you treat customers. Also, when doctors at other hospitals saw the medical record they wrote, they said for about 3 minutes that they had never seen a medical record written so carelessly. Anyway, Now that I have had surgery once, I can see many things I could not see before. Not everyone who gets it done here will end up like me, but honestly and coldly, I definitely do not think this is a person with outstanding skill. It was 4 years ago, so maybe they have gained more skill and gotten better now? Well? I can still see it now. When I look at review photos, the nasal tips and nose shapes all look similar. Even now, in still photos, under lighting that is not strong, my side angle does not look severely strange. But if there is even lighting, when it is captured on video, it just looks pinched, obvious, and from the underside angle or side view, anyone can tell I had rhinoplasty and it is excessive. Whether this or that, A nose that will turn out well will turn out well no matter what hospital you go to, so think carefully about whether yours is that kind of nose. Everyone, please be cautious about rhinoplasty, and if you have not done it yet, for most noses, not having surgery at all is also a wise choice~
