After making a reservation, I went in for a consultation with the director. I had paid for a consultation because I wanted to look into lifting options in different places and choose the one that suited me best. I did not request a specific director and just went with whoever had time, but when a young male director started explaining, he seemed angry, and I thought to myself that this was not the place for me. At the start of the consultation, when he explained the laser, he raised his voice as if he had come there angry from somewhere, and I was very surprised inside. There were hardly any questions, and it ended in under 5 minutes; only then do I remember that he left with a bright smile when he went out. I was flustered at the time and let it pass, but the more I think about it, the more absurd it seems. Even if it costs a bit more, I plan to go to another kind, attentive director nearby. The hospital staff were very kind. The inside of the hospital seemed private and clean.
