My nose wasn't extremely ugly, but compared with my face, it was on the large and thick side from the nasal bridge to the nostril wings, so I felt I would be more satisfied if I had nose surgery to make it look slimmer, and I went around for rhinoplasty consultations. The doctor quickly understood the kind of look I wanted, so I think the consultation went more smoothly than I expected.
