The doctor explained things very professionally and was kind. He also gave me good advice and words of encouragement when I was struggling with my nose. There was also a virtual surgery option, which I liked, and the staff member was kind too. I think they use a lot of cartilage, and because it was mentioned a lot in the group chat, I went to check it out.
