Moon Review

I went for freckle removal. First, just like I saw online, they wash your face and then analyze what kind of freckles you have using a machine. The ads make it look like they can remove them in just one session, but that’s not how it works. Freckles are divided into surface freckles and deep freckles, and while the surface ones can be removed with Reset Laser, the deep freckles require a separate treatment called Return Laser. I went in thinking the Return Laser would remove everything overall, but when I actually got there, doing both lasers together cost more than twice the price I had originally been told for a single session. Multi-session packages were even more expensive. Since I had already taken a half-day off anyway because of the time, I just did the regular Reset Laser. (If I did everything, it would have been too expensive compared to what I expected, so it felt 부담스러웠어요ㅠ) The procedure in front took so long that after applying the anesthetic cream, I had to wait for over an hour just sitting there. (I didn’t know it would take that long, so I only remember the approximate time.) It would have been nice if they had told me before applying the cream, but they only told me after I had already waited about 30-40 minutes, so I had no choice haha The doctor was fairly thorough and kind. Anyway, the surface freckles were removed pretty well. But the deep freckles are still there, so my cheeks look mottled. If you’re going to do it anyway, I recommend getting both the Reset and Return lasers, but go in expecting to spend more than twice the advertised Reset Laser price.
