Moon review

2 years ago I got lip filler here, and I introduced about 5 friends to get theirs done here too. Then once I brought a foreign exchange student friend with me, and the consultation manager treated the foreign student in such a rude and unpleasant way that we left without getting the procedure, both of us feeling bad.

Recently I wanted lip filler again, and since I thought it would be best to go back to the place I’d been to before, I called here after 2 years to make a reservation. But after I gave them my name and date of birth, they said the reservation that had supposedly just been available a moment ago was already full for this month, and they weren’t even scheduling next month yet. During peak season like this? When they should be trying to squeeze in even one more booking, they said they had no schedule available for next month or the month after, so nobody would take my reservation.

They were saying such nonsense that I asked whether they were not accepting me because of what happened 2 years ago, and if so, I said I didn’t need to go. Then the former manager who answered the phone said absolutely not, with a faint laugh? That’s what they said.

So my friend immediately tried making a reservation using her own number, and they said this month and next month were both available and booked her in.ㅎㅎ

What on earth did they write about me that I’m not even going to make a complaint, I just want to pay for a procedure myself, and yet they completely shut the door on me. Isn’t that way too much? It wasn’t even some huge fight or anything. I never even got to see the director’s face; I just had a bad argument with the manager during the consultation and left. Two years have passed, and I’m saying I’d like to come back and get a procedure done with my own money in a good way, yet treating me this excessively is just absurd. How small can someone’s heart be to do this? Truly impressive.

I was so dumbfounded that I asked for the consultation manager’s phone number, and they went on about my personal information or something? Doesn’t the consultation manager have a work phone? When I asked for the manager’s number because I wanted to speak directly with the consultation manager, they said personal information? I’m so dumbfounded I can’t even speak. They should have just been honest. If even after 2 years they’re still in a bad mood and won’t accept me, they should just say that honestly. Amazing. Even after 2 years, they’re still sulking over that. Pathetic. At the very least, for the new year, don’t just get older. Please widen that tiny little heart of yours!
