I visited for a consultation about full nose removal. Even though it was implant-free, I felt a strong foreign-body sensation, so I said I wanted to remove everything. They said we should remove it all first and decide how to proceed surgically if an unexpected situation arises. The director looked a little tired, but he answered all of my questions.
