I had rhinoplasty without an implant. At first, I liked it because the swelling made it look high, but once the swelling went down, there didn’t seem to be much difference before and after, so I’m thinking about revision surgery The side-profile line definitely improved. But since the height itself wasn’t raised dramatically using silicone, you don’t really feel the height when looking from the front.
