It’s been 7 days since I had breast surgery with Mento Extrasmus, and I think my recovery is going faster than I expected... hehe
From other people’s reviews, I saw a lot of people saying they still couldn’t move around even after a week, and a lot of people saying it was hard to go here and there.. I’m still pretty comfortable with basic daily life? On days when I was more active, though, my shoulders would ache a bit that evening..ㅋㅋ Actually, I was told not to bend my upper body, but honestly that’s not easy, right?ㅠ I try not to do it as much as possible, but... when that kind of situation comes up, or on days when I move around a lot, I definitely feel stiff~ㅠㅠㅋㅋ The hospital said that in the early stage after surgery, it’s best to be extra careful no matter what, so I was told. But I feel like I’m being stubborn like a contrarian kidㅜㅜ and I wonder if I’m being too active ㅠ How are you all spending this time after breast surgery~~~ Is there anyone like me?ㅎㅎ
