I'm 3 years post-op from breast augmentation. I had no volume and pointed breasts, so it was stressful. At first, I didn't know much and just said, "Please just make me a B cup," but the director said I would regret it, and because my breasts were pointed, a certain amount of implant needed to go in, so I ended up getting 330 cc implants.
Pain-wise, I don't know if I was just a really lucky case, but I truly had zero pain. Sometimes there was a tingling sensation or a feeling like air was filling my breasts tightly, and rather, the painful part was not being able to breathe because I was wrapped tightly in bandages.
Satisfaction-wise, 70 points? Breast augmentation couldn't make my pointed breasts round, and maybe because the distance between my nipples isn't close, when I just wear a bra, I don't get cleavage in the middle.
Oh, and... I heard that after surgery, you need to get an MRI or ultrasound every 2 years, but I haven't done it even once. If anyone knows information about hospitals, costs, etc., please share ㅠㅠ
