The doctor’s consultation was detailed and kind. They weren't overbearing, and I felt comfortable. I arrived a little early, so the waiting time was long. The best part was that they did virtual surgery, but I was a bit disappointed that they only did it for the side view. I only had mild rhinitis, but they pointed out a lot of functional problems with my nose and pushed functional surgery, so I didn't get the surgery.
