Even though I had a reservation, they made me wait for more than an hour... I barely got to consult with the director, and it felt like he was annoyed, like, ‘Do it if you’re going to do it, don’t if you’re not?’ Something like that. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, but the manager who was subtly pushing surgery during the off-season was also not great. In the end, after reading a review from a patient who had used AlloDerm and experienced side effects, my thoughts about surgery disappeared.
