I had only septal cartilage used for the nasal tip, and 3 mm silicone for the bridge. I wanted a natural look, so I did a lot of research in a community, had the surgery, and now 3 months have passed. It turned out more natural than I expected, so even my friends don’t really notice... I slightly regret not going a bit higher, but I’m fairly satisfied. They said that if it seems too low, they can raise it a bit more at no cost within a year, but since I have a small nose, they said overdoing it could make the nasal tip show through, so I’m just going to be satisfied with it as is. I think they take pretty good care of you after surgery. If you like an extremely natural look, I recommend the place I went to.
