I went there for a consultation about revision nose surgery, and the director was kind and gave a consultation that felt trustworthy. But before I even saw the director, the consulting manager came in because the waiting time had gotten long and said, sorry for making you wait, "I'll give you a cheaper price," and brought it up. During the manager consultation after the director's consultation, she started by saying, as I said earlier, I'll make it cheaper because I feel bad, then this costs this much, that costs that much, and so on. They could have just told me the price, but instead they went on with pointless extra explanations and quoted over 10 million won. It felt so unpleasant that they were trying to bargain with the patient over the price rather than just discussing the treatment. The hospital and the director seemed fine, but because of the manager I decided to pass for now.
