I had nose revision surgery at this hospital twice. The first time I went, the doctor treated me kindly, but when I chose this hospital again for my second revision... it wasn't like that.. The surgery wasn't satisfying, and even though I went as a patient who was uncomfortable, they acted like it had nothing to do with them. Even the manager there was all the same.
