I visited last year to have a consultation before my nose surgery. The cost was also a concern, but the biggest reason I decided I shouldn’t have the surgery here was the staff’s response when a patient who had experienced side effects came in. Their attitude toward the patient was cold. Of course, nose surgery is a procedure where side effects can happen easily, but I worried that if I had side effects after my own surgery, they would respond the same way, so I put the surgery on hold!
