I went for a consultation. The director spoke in a calm, measured way. They did show me a Photoshop mock-up, but it didn't really click for me. The consultation manager kept trying to tie together both function and aesthetics, and the cost came out quite high. They kept emphasizing the functional side, saying insurance would cover it and not to worry. The surgery cost was too high, and even though they said insurance would apply, I didn't feel like there would be much of a cosmetic difference.
