Compared to the places I had consulted before, they told me the problems with my nose very accurately, which was helpful. The consultation was calm and thorough. They also told me realistic expected surgical results.. The consultation manager was kind and gentle, but maybe because they were busy, the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic.
