It's my first nose surgery, and I like a natural look. I searched hard and went there~ The consultation manager and doctor were kind, I said I wanted surgery without an implant, but they said my nose would seem lacking without silicone~ It was my second consultation, and they brought up things I hadn't mentioned elsewhere, like my nostrils and alar base, so I felt even more trust~ I've only been to three clinics so far, so I'm still debating the surgery.
