Before surgery, my nose was a hump nose + bulbous nose. I went to a clinic that does dramatic results and had 3 mm silicone + septal cartilage + bulbous nose correction + hump reduction + osteotomy + columella lowering. The reason I decided on surgery was because I was stressed that my nose looked spread out and bulky from the front, but I don’t think the front view has improved much.. I like the side view right now, but once the swelling goes down, I feel like it’ll be so natural that you won’t even be able to tell I had it done.. I really don’t like the front view. Considering today is day 7, will it get slimmer later as the swelling goes down? I had hoped the nasal bridge between my eyes would turn out pretty.. Photos 1 and 2 are before surgery, and 3 and 4 are after surgery.
