It seems they do not do overtreatment, as others said, and the director looked at my nose, touched it, and explained things in detail. When the older manager said that I had put in too much forehead filler, the tone and nuance felt condescending, which made me feel bad. Overall the consultation was average. The director said going with autologous dermis would be fine, but the manager advised me to think more carefully because they would almost not do it at all.
