Hmm.. First of all, the doctor is a nice person and kind. But that's basically it..? Even though I told them I don't have rhinitis, they said I still needed rhinitis surgery just because my nose was bent. They also did a virtual simulation with Photoshop, but it was kind of.. more like they just took my side profile and stretched and shrank it in a Photoshop app, which was a bit funny. The consultation coordinator didn't seem very engaged either... I didn't really feel like I wanted to have surgery there
