As the title says, are there many people who have had implant-free rhinoplasty? I’m curious about how satisfied you are with the surgery. I want to have surgery without implants, but people around me keep saying that if it looks too natural, why spend so much money on a nose surgery? They say I’ll regret it over time I’m so conflicted.
