First of all, the director was kind and explained things thoroughly. I liked that they told me all sorts of things I hadn't even asked about. However, my nose is not from the first surgery but a revision, so I have to think about whether to proceed with another surgery after removal. The cost was at an average level, so overall it wasn't bad.
