I went for a consultation for revision surgery on a contracted nose!
First of all, the director gave very confident explanations that came from experience and spoke with a sense of responsibility, so among all the clinics I have visited so far, this was the best consultation. They explained while showing me various things, including the surgical method and which materials would be used and how, and they showed me several similar solution cases, but I was disappointed that I did not see a case exactly like mine, maybe because they could not find one and therefore could not show me
The manager was also kind as expected and explained the price, how the surgery would proceed, postoperative care, and how they would take responsibility. They said they would take lifelong responsibility for AS (I personally do not really like that phrase… because every clinic says they will take responsibility, but they can change their words at any time in the clinic’s favor + the patient has already lost trust, and since they only keep repeating that they will do it again, the patient eventually gets revision surgery at another clinic). Still, because of the director’s experience, confident and responsible attitude, and the manager’s kindness and easy-to-understand explanations for patients, this was the first clinic I have been to where I liked both the director and the manager!
What was disappointing was the clinic facilities, which did not look that good. I waited for over an hour, and I was exhausted from waiting…
