To put it bluntly from the start, if your expectations for surgery are 80 or higher, the satisfaction level is 30. I went in for a consultation to remove the under-eye crease, and while doing lower blepharoplasty and removing the under-eye crease, they cut the retaining ligament and did fat grafting in the under-eye crease area. After the first fat graft, the under-eye crease was almost invisible, but in the lower blepharoplasty they removed too much fat, so the area under my eyes was very hollow, and it felt like the lower part of the incision was sagging too far downward. There was a second fat graft, so they did fat grafting around the barely visible under-eye crease, but maybe because they overdid it, the cheekbone area suddenly protrudes forward even though I don't even have prominent cheekbones, and these days I'm wondering if I should get liposuction. ㅠㅠ
