They did recommend a non-implant option, saying they would shave the septum to wrap it with tissue and then insert that into the bridge of the nose for the surgery, but I had never heard of that surgical method before, so I just came for the consultation and left ㅠㅠ The consultation was kind and good, though. But they kept contacting me afterward, which was a little annoying ㅠ
