I had surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and because I had rhinitis I had that done at the same time. As time passed, the rhinitis symptoms came back, but breathing is easier than before the surgery, and people around me keep saying my nose is pretty and natural. I like the shape. I wanted it a little sharper, but the doctor recommended something natural, and I am satisfied.
