I injured my nose in an accident two years ago, and I had my first surgery here. The tip deviation did not improve at all, and only scar tissue formed, so my nostrils became uneven and it was really hard on me. I came back for a follow-up consultation after taking a four-hour bus ride from the provinces, and I remember the consultation ending in just 15 seconds while they were smacking their lips. They glanced at it and said, let's try again, and I was really shocked. After that, I had second revision surgery at another hospital, but it still has not improved, so I am now thinking about a fourth surgery. I really did not like it.
