It has been about a year and a half since my nose surgery. For the materials, silicone was used for the bridge, and ear cartilage was used for the tip with a septal support. I wanted to correct my short nose, so we went in the direction of bringing the columella down a bit. I did not want it to look too obvious, but I asked for a slim tip, so the bridge was made with low silicone and the tip was made as thin as possible. After surgery, I remember that the recovery room was not a private room; it was just a curtain separating several sofas. That was a bit disappointing T_T One week after the surgery, when I went to remove the packing and check the progress, I suddenly got curious and asked what thickness of silicone had been used, and the doctor seemed not to know either..? He just said, 'You told me to make it low,' and brushed it off with vague words lol Honestly, I was not 100 percent satisfied with the shape of my nose for the first few months. I was about 80 percent satisfied, but I thought you should not get greedy with cosmetic surgery, so I lived thinking it was a success at that level. But it was all residual swelling.. Now, more than a year later, it has come out exactly the shape I wanted, so I am very satisfied~
