A clinic where you need to be careful about overtreatment I went in my early 20s to get forehead fat grafting, but they recommended buccal fat and several other completely unrelated surgeries, so I impulsively got them done. Buccal fat is a surgery you really shouldn’t get in most cases. I should have lost weight first and then decided too, but in my early 20s, when I didn’t know anything, I just got swept up and did it. If you search buccal fat removal on Google, the reality of buccal fat removal comes up. In Korea, it’s all advertisements, so they only advertise the slimming effect, but in reality, when buccal fat is removed, that area becomes sunken, and as time passes there’s a high chance of looking skeletal. It’s really not a surgery to do carelessly. Once it’s removed, it can’t be restored either.
