The manager first looked at my eyes objectively and told me which of my previous surgeries had gone well and which ones had not. She answered well even when I asked just one thing, and when I went in for a consultation about reopening the buried stitches, she told me there could be scarring. It didn’t seem like they had a mindset of just making money off surgery.
