I went there for a consultation, and they were very unfriendly. Even though I had set an appointment time, there was still waiting time. The facilities were not bad, and the staff response was not bad either. When I was consulting with the head doctor, they seemed to speak as if they were very annoyed, and I got a strong feeling that they were just tossing things off casually. They answered all the questions I had prepared, and explained how the surgery would proceed, but in the end I was told it would not have much effect even if I went ahead with it.
