In my opinion, the counter staff and the consultation manager are the face that represents the hospital. I’ve also heard that people actually get a lot of surgery there with employee discounts. But from the counter staff alone, they looked extremely overdone, were chatting and gossiping among themselves, and the consultation manager didn’t seem to have any direction. It kind of gave off the feeling that this place wasn’t for me, and in the end the surgeon didn’t even come out, so I just left. I wasted my time for nothing, not great at all.
