I got a consultation for nose surgery. There were so many visitors that there was a wait, so I had high expectations going into the consultation, and most of it was with the consultation manager. I was given the basic information, but it didn’t feel very professional, so I requested a consultation with the director. After about an hour of waiting, I met the director, but the consultation ended in less than five minutes with just a few words like, “It’ll be fine” and “I’ll do a good job.” As a result, I didn’t really trust it, so I don’t plan to have the surgery there.
