The worst. First surgery, and after the surgery I lost sensation in my nose. A scar with the columella crushed in. The columella has retracted. I ended up with an arrow nose and a shape like a cherry tomato sitting on the tip of my nose. I had a round face and looked younger. After the surgery, I became a straight arrow-nose with a long nose, so when I smiled I turned into a manly face. Very stiff. Uncomfortable. Got an infection and had it scraped out. The diagnosis of columella retraction was confirmed by three hospitals. I still have no sensation in the skin of my nose after 8 months. They said the hospital is not responsible. Even when I got an infection, I had to pay everything myself. They only speak kindly during consultations, but their skill is below average. Because of excessive manipulation, the scar tissue is severe. The skin is bumpy like mosquito bites, one side is sunken badly. My nostrils have become three times larger. My nose before surgery was much better.
