Saein clinic review

The consultation time is long compared with other clinics (about an hour), and they kindly explain everything from the basics of nose anatomy and theory. They don’t do CT scans or photos; instead, the director marks the features on a drawing and explains in detail how the nose surgery will proceed, even including content from papers. They seem to prefer natural results rather than a very high, glamorous nose, and they dislike building the bridge with costal cartilage; they talk about shaping only the tip with ear cartilage. I think this would suit people who want a natural line. It’s far from an ultra-glamorous style, but if you really want it, they can probably do up to a slightly more refined look. They ask you to bring printed reference photos before surgery, and they say they’ll operate while looking at those. The clinic isn’t as grand as a big hospital building, but I actually liked that. It didn’t feel like a factory-style clinic. After nose surgery, they said the day to remove the packing and the day to remove the splint vary by person and aren’t fixed, so it’s better to come in often. They said they like to monitor progress closely by seeing you often. The revision surgery cost seemed to have the same base price for everyone. The price changing depending on the type of anesthesia was a bit different from other clinics.
