I went in with high expectations because the reviews were good, but I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes just to be seen, even though I came at my appointment time I guess that means they’re really popular The coordinator didn’t feel especially kind, but she wasn’t rude either. The director gave me the impression of just kind of rushing through the consultation~
