First of all, the doctor is a real doctor. The consultation was also carried out with real enthusiasm, and I was grateful that he thought things through with me. I had a very rare (?) and difficult case (empty nose syndrome), but thanks to the director I was able to find a direction, and his accurate examination and medical knowledge helped me make decisions. And of course there’s no such thing as a 100% result, but even when I was anxious and struggling in the early stage after surgery, he gave me sincere advice and helped me psychologically so I could get through it without feeling as anxious as possible. In the end, functional improvement was the biggest point for me, and I can clearly breathe better and the unexplained pain in my nose has improved. The shape is a little disappointing, but I want to think that was the best possible outcome. There was so much scar tissue, after all. Every time I went in for follow-up, he didn’t just glance at it mechanically; he checked my progress as if it were another consultation, asked first whether I had any questions or discomfort, and then listened while writing everything down in the chart and answering. In that respect, I think patients can feel reassured and trust him. The eyes are a little disappointing too. I had incision surgery, but my right eye loosened again quickly, so I had that side re-done with buried sutures. The shape is fine when my eyes are open, but the incision on the right eye is too long and there’s a fair amount of scarring, so when I close my eyes the scar shows a lot. The left eye has less scarring and is fine, but I don’t know why only the right eye ended up like that. In conclusion, the shape is fine when my eyes are open, but when my eyes are closed there’s a lot of scarring, so it bothers me and feels disappointing.

RU gave me the highest quote. First, I think the clinic had a brown-toned interior! I was really lucky to get a same-day canceled consultation slot, so I went in for a consultation. There was no waiting at all, and the consultant was kind t
