I went there through heavy rain on a day when it was pouring, and because the director consulted me after finishing surgery, they looked extremely tired. I can understand that, but the consultation experience after that was completely hopeless. They were extremely careless in the consultation. They had zero interest in the patient’s concerns. They did not even ask if I had any questions, and after 5 minutes they handed me off to the manager and left, which was ridiculous. Beyond skill, I could not trust someone with that kind of attitude, so thanks to that I immediately ruled them out.
